Is the 14-day free trial tied to one plan?
No. Every new user starts with the same 14-day limited-access trial in the desktop app, then chooses Perpetual, Monthly Subscription, or Calibration Credits.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Perpetual for long-term ownership, Monthly Subscription for flexible full access, or Calibration Credits when you need a specific number of successful runs.
How does the $14 subscription renew?
The plan covers 30 days per paid period. Staging validates the entitlement flow now; automatic renewal webhooks will follow the selected billing provider.
When is the $29 calibration charged?
One credit is consumed only after calibration finishes successfully. A failed or cancelled attempt does not reduce the balance.
Can I add hardware to a subscription or credit purchase?
No. Hardware bundles are available only with the perpetual license.
How many computers can use one purchase?
Each license or active entitlement is bound to one workstation at a time. A controlled deactivation moves it safely.
