Scope & who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by QUBYX Software Technologies LLC ("QUBYX", "we", "us") through our website, products (PerfectLum, PerfectChroma, PerfectEPD, RemoteQA, SmartSensor S1/S2), and support channels.

Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly and a limited amount of data collected automatically.

You provide

  • Account details (name, email, organization, role)
  • Purchase information (billing address, payment processor token — we do not store card numbers)
  • Support ticket content (issue description, attached logs/screenshots you share)
  • Form submissions (sales, partnership, RMA, security inquiries)

Collected automatically

  • Product telemetry from QUBYX software (license validation, feature usage counts — opt-in only)
  • Website analytics (page views, anonymized IP, referrer)
  • Support session metadata (timestamp, product version, OS)

How we use your data

We use data for these purposes:

  • Operate the website, products, and support channels
  • Process purchases, send transactional emails (license keys, receipts)
  • Provide and improve customer support
  • Send product updates and security notices to existing customers
  • Marketing communications you have opted in to receive
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

QUBYX is headquartered in the United States. Customer data may be processed in the US, EU, and APAC depending on hosting region. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures to safeguard data transferred outside the EEA/UK.

Security

QUBYX maintains SOC 2 Type II controls, encryption at rest and in transit, and least-privilege access. See /security/ for our security posture.
