Is the license perpetual?
Yes. Single and Workstation Pack are perpetual licenses with 1 year of updates included. Updates after the first year require an upgrade fee but the software continues to operate.
Does the price include hardware?
No. PerfectLum is vendor-agnostic and works with QUBYX SmartSensor S1/S2 plus most third-party medical-grade colorimeters. Bundle with S2 in /store/bundles/.
Do you support multi-site hospital networks?
Yes. Enterprise plans include RemoteQA fleet management, SSO/RBAC, and dedicated customer success. Procurement, MSA, and air-gapped deployments are supported.

How does compliance documentation work?
Every test (acceptance, constancy, routine) generates a structured PDF report aligned with DICOM, AAPM TG-18/TG-270, DIN 6868-157, and IEC 62563. Reports are archived locally and (with RemoteQA) centrally for audit.
