// FAQ

Warranty questions.

What does the standard warranty cover?

Manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Defects that prevent the sensor from meeting its published optical specifications are eligible for free repair or replacement during the warranty period.

What is NOT covered?

Drops, liquid damage, modifications, use outside specification, third-party modifications, lost/stolen units, and damage during shipping back without insurance.

How long does the RMA process take?

Typically 7–14 business days end-to-end depending on region and shipping speed. Express options available.

Will my sensor calibration be preserved?

Replacement sensors ship individually calibrated against the master reference, with a new calibration certificate. Your existing PerfectChroma/Lum/EPD profile may need re-creation.

Can I get a loaner during repair?

Priority and Enterprise customers can request a loaner sensor. Loaner availability depends on region and current stock.
